Responsibilities
AI Platform Strategy & Product Leadership
- Shape the enterprise roadmap for RAG, MCP, and AI enablement platforms
- Translate data scientist needs into AI platform capabilities and engineering priorities
- Balance technical, business, and product priorities with long-term platform strategy
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities
AI Enablement and Adoption
- Build training materials, documentation, and best practices
- Lead data scientist and partner organization workshops and coaching sessions
- Pilot new AI capabilities within business teams before broader rollout
- Establish practical guidance around responsible AI usage
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product stakeholders, and Business teams
- Navigate competing priorities across multiple organizations
- Build consensus around AI platform direction and adoption
- Serve as a trusted advisor on capabilities and limitations of AI
Applied AI Engineering
- Design and improve RAG systems
- Build internal AI tooling and observability capabilities
- Develop prototypes and production-ready AI workflows
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI platforms
Must Have
- Strong applied engineering background with hands-on experience building modern AI systems
- Experience with GenAI, agents, skills, agentic workflows, and RAG
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence without authority while successfully navigating complex organizational environments.
Compensation Structure
- Employment Type: Full-time, compensated as a W2 hourly employee
- W2 Hourly Rate: $105-$120/hour
- Benefits: UnitedHealthcare (medical), Guardian (Vision and Dental)
- Profit Sharing:Â Aligned to performance-based revenue outcomes, paid annually
- Long-Term Upside: Participation in company growth as the business scales
