Analytics Application Engineer

Action Co. is seeking an Analytics Application Engineer to help transform AI-driven analytics prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications. This role combines front-end React engineering, conversational analytics, Snowflake integration, and application engineering within a sophisticated Enterprise ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists and UX specialists to build guided analytics experiences that blend traditional reporting with modern AI-driven interaction patterns.

Application Engineering

• Turn prototyped analytics apps into scalable enterprise applications
• Build React-based guided analytics and conversational workflows
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Convert “vibe-coded” prototypes into maintainable, reusable systems
• Support deployment workflows using CI/CD and containers

Conversational Front-End Development

• Build React interfaces for guided and conversational analytics
• Partner with UX/UI consultants to implement reusable design systems
• Support exploratory analytics workflows beyond canned reporting
• Help design and implement AI agent workflows

Data and Platform Integration

• Integrate React apps with Snowflake analytics workflows
• Deploy applications within the Rapid Apps environment
• Build scalable patterns reusable across analytics domains

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with data scientists to engineer production-ready analytics applications
• Refine solutions through iterative stakeholder feedback
• Contribute reusable engineering and UX design patterns
• Work effectively in fast-moving AI analytics environments

Must Have Experience

• Strong React engineering
• Snowflake data back-end
• LLM-enabled conversational analytics apps
• Able to engineer scalable and repeatable solutions
