Jay Farias
Collaboration ArchitectJay is driven by a lifelong passion for discovering better ways to do things—whether it’s designing a workshop, optimizing a rock climbing session, or simply loading the dishwasher. He excels at exploring complex systems, uncovering hidden nuances, and refining how things work through constant testing and iteration.
He began his career in construction management, where he quickly saw the power of technology and data in transforming jobsite performance. This sparked a love for data visualization—a craft that blends logic and aesthetics to make complex information beautifully clear. Now, he’s channeling his leadership skills and systems-thinking mindset into a new mission: bringing intention and structure to the chaos of collaboration. As a Collaboration Architect, Jay designs and facilitates purposeful spaces where teams align, engage, and move forward with clarity.
